Why Your BongaModels Balance Can Change on Monday

You finish a weekend on BongaCams, check your BongaModels balance on Monday and see less than you expected. Before treating that number as a missing payout, check whether the platform is still processing the previous week.

Check the reporting window

BongaModels says earnings information can temporarily disappear from Sunday night into Monday while it processes prior periods. Its FAQ says the balance display returns after processing. Record the date range and amount you expected, then check again after the weekly figures settle. Compare the same period on both screens. Monday’s new activity and last week’s totals are separate.

Check the payout entry separately

BongaModels describes its regular automatic cycle as a Monday-to-Sunday earnings period followed by a Friday payout when the relevant minimum is met. It publishes separate rules for early or requested payouts. Check the payout record and the payment method configured on your account. If a payment shows as sent, note its reference and distinguish a delivery delay from a discrepancy in the earnings report.

Send support a discrepancy they can find

If the settled report still differs from your records, give official support the pay period, currency, amount expected, amount shown and payout reference if there is one. If you work under a studio, confirm whether you’re comparing the platform report to the studio’s own settlement statement. Use the authenticated support channel for account-specific questions and crop screenshots to the relevant rows.
